The Real Reason I Built Eagle Freedom Health


I spent years as an ER and trauma nurse watching women pushed to their breaking point—exhausted, inflamed, anxious, and dismissed. I saw the same story again and again: normal labs, endless prescriptions, more caffeine, another diet, another glass of wine to take the edge off.


Eventually I became that story too.


When I finally stopped chasing fixes and started studying functional medicine, metabolism, and holistic nursing, I realized something radical: health isn’t about balance—it’s about alignment. Healing doesn’t happen by easing up; it happens by retraining the body to function as it was designed to.


That truth became the foundation of Eagle Freedom Health and the philosophy I now live and teach:


Discipline is freedom.


I built this brand because I was tired of watching women outsource their power—to labs, to pills, to providers who never asked why. I wanted to create a place where women could finally be seen, understood, and equipped to take ownership of their own terrain—to stop surviving on caffeine and chaos and start thriving on clarity and confidence. Eagle Freedom Health isn’t just a clinic. It’s a movement—a return to the freedom that comes when your body, mind, and spirit finally operate in sync.


What I Actually Do


I help women rebuild their health from the inside out through structure, science, and self-leadership. No gimmicks. No detoxes. No “balance” slogans.


My work integrates functional labs, Clean Ketovore/Animal-based nutrition, metabolic coaching, and lifestyle design to restore the systems that make a woman thrive—her metabolism, hormones, gut, and nervous system.


The women I work with are high-performing, high-capacity leaders—mothers, business owners, professionals—who’ve done everything right but still feel off. They’re bloated, wired, tired, and tired of being tired. They don’t need another cleanse; they need a roadmap back to regulation.


My method bridges traditional nursing and functional wellness—the science of regulation with the art of discipline. I teach women how to build the chemistry of calm—to retrain cortisol, insulin, and the nervous system so that peace isn’t something they chase, it’s the baseline they live in. Everything I do comes down to one truth: the body will heal when you give it rhythm.


The Wellness Warrior Method


The Wellness Warrior Method is the structured, seven-stage framework I created to rebuild health from the ground up.


 It’s rooted in the same clinical logic I used in trauma care—only now it’s applied to chronic stress, metabolic burnout, and hormone chaos.


Core protocols include:

  • The 6 R Framework—Remove, Replace, Reinoculate, Repair, Rebalance, Rewire—for gut, adrenal, and hormone alignment.
  • The Adrenal Recovery Protocol—restoring energy, cortisol rhythm, and stress resilience.
  • Functional Movement Integration—reconnecting strength, metabolism, and nervous-system balance.


Each one retrains physiology: stabilizing blood sugar, regulating cortisol, rebuilding lean muscle, and calming the circuits that drive cravings, anxiety, and fatigue.

Together with my husband at Eagle Freedom Chiropractic, we bridge chiropractic Zone Technique with functional medicine—structural alignment plus systemic recalibration—creating true terrain-based healing for families.


This is where the next evolution of Eagle Freedom Health is heading—blending functional nursing, metabolic science, and community-driven strength.
