From ER Nurse to Wellness Warrior
I didn’t grow up in a world of salt lamps and biohacking gadgets. My health journey started in a gym and a kitchen—but not always in the healthiest way. I thought looking “fit” meant being healthy, but in reality, I was wrecking my body, mind, and spirit. I chased numbers—calories, carbs, macros—pushing harder, working out longer, chasing “discipline” over nourishment.
Then came my years in the ER. The bright lights, constant alarms, and emotional weight of caring for people in crisis were a crash course in the human body—and its limits. Step 1: Establish the Conditions for Health
