Do I have to do labs?
No. The 12-Week program doesn’t require labs. In the 6-Month Flagship, labs are ordered and interpreted by a licensed MD; Nicole reviews results with you in plain English and turns them into a practical plan.
Is this medical care?
No. This is education & coaching from an RN Nurse Coach & Board-Certified Holistic Healthcare Practitioner. I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I’m happy to coordinate with your clinician.
In-person or virtual?
Both. In-person in Eagle/Boise and virtual worldwide.
